Customers Description
The Region of Central Makedonia building complex is a complex with a plot of 10.209 m2, having a total construction area of 24.503 m2 for shops and offices and 8.900 m2 for parking.The entire building is fully automated with constant light control, temperature control, blind control and central control through webserver and sensors for maximum energy efficiency and comfort. Each office include a presence detector with constant light control that dims the dali controlled lights and enables HVAC thermostat to create the perfect environment for the employees without them touching a single switch.
