Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Le projet consiste à rénover la médiathèque de la commune de Quéven dans le Morbihan (9000 habitants). Cette rénovation porte que sur l'éclairage du bâtiment qui est très énergivore du fait de la technologie des sources lumineuses mais aussi du fonctionnement du bâtiment.
Ce projet est réalisé par des étudiants de BTS Électrotechnique du lycée Colbert de Lorient. Ils devront faire une étude d'éclairage sur tout le bâtiment pour remplacer 250 points lumineux par des luminaires LED DALI, ils auront à réaliser la partie commande en KNX et concevoir une supervision sur serveur WEB (Homelynk de Schneider).
Ce projet est avant tout un projet pédagogique pour des étudiants de BTS mais aussi pour les agents techniques de la commune de Quéven qui suivront une certification KNX au Lycée Colbert de Lorient qui est Training Centre pour qu'ils puissent maintenir l'installation lorsque le projet sera fini.
