Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Customers Description
The project is a highly eco building created from a 13th century castle, it contains about 80 apartments with high energy efficiency and environment-friendliness.
Key eco techonlogies used:
1. KNX building automation system. The whole residential place is fully automated with KNX technolgy, lighting, temp control, blinds/shutter control, scenario controls etc.
2. Pump System Heat and Geothermal Energy Heat/Cool, heating/cooling process almost with ZERO energy.
3. Wooden Structure. The house is built with a full wooden structure, last-long and environmental, sound-proof, warm-keeping.
