Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
This project is a luxury private residence of approximately 250 m² located in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, completed in 2026. The KNX installation comprises 126 devices distributed across 2 bus lines, integrating lighting control, HVAC zoning across 18 climate zones, motorized blinds, perimeter security and access control, and full energy monitoring on a single open standard. Main components are supplied by GVS,HDL,Interra and Makel, with user interaction through a Control4 server and 4’’ touch panels, and secure remote access via KNX IP Secure. Custom scenes adapt lighting and climate automatically to time of day, occupancy and outdoor temperature, while integration of a KNX VRF air-conditioning system , IP intercom unifies the entire residence under one interface. The project demonstrates that KNX delivers premium European-grade automation in Central Asia, meeting the highest standards of comfort, reliability and energy efficiency.
