Customers Description
This project features a sophisticated smart home installation in a luxurious 275 m² two-story penthouse on the 52nd floor with a terrace. The KNX system acts as the central control system, unifying and automating all building functions.
The implementation includes advanced lighting control with relay, dimmable, DALI, and biodynamic LED/RGBW solutions. Comprehensive climate management combines heating, cooling, ventilation, and zonal humidification based on air quality data. Motorized shades, blinds, and marquees are automated with sun, wind, and frost protection.
Multi-room audio and video are fully integrated via Basale Core Plus. Security is enhanced with a leak protection system and biometric access control. A key strength is the extensive use of cross-system scenarios, where lighting, climate, and shading work in concert to create predefined living modes (Comfort, Eco, Away), offering the ultimate in comfort, energy efficiency, and intuitive control for the resident.
