Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Rother’s Mills dating back to 1848-1849 and has a 12 844,84 m2 of usable area. "Mills under construction" is a keynote of Revitalisation of Mills Island made by Bydgoszcz City. We are glad that we could take part of making Rother's Mills alive and make them smarter, eco-conscious and fuel-efficient. We were responsible of: providing programmed KNX equipment, creating BMS project, commissioning of the lighting control system (22 DALI networks) and HVAC temperature control (203 FanCoil actuators,148 motion sensors), creating BMS visualisation based on GIRA FacilityServer. The greatest challenges during our project were integrations with other installations using KNX, M-BUS, Modbus. We integrated with energy and power meters, water meters, air-handing units, UPS, power generator, hydrophore, power analyser, gas detections unit, fountains, air-conditioner, snow melting and de-icing controller and monitoring smoke exhaust vents position statuses.
