Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Using KNX in this project is a must because a control of various systems is required.
Each room has a 7 inch touchscreen which display the controls of lighting, shutters, curtains, AC and UFH thermostats.
Sensor wise, the project has presence sensors, climate sensors and weather station.
90% of the lighting installation were DALI products, couple of DMX products as well.
Integration was made between Daikin VRV system and KNX to allow full control of the AC system.
Fingerprint scanners were used for main doors which is integrated with KNX as well.
Full control of the landscape, including lighting, gates and shades.
