15m high vertical gardens behind the house provide a natural chimney to flood the house with a cool breeze thus minimizing the need to use air conditioning.
Finely tuned DALI lights were preset to specific color temperatures.
VOIP and RFID video doorstations, external access, integrated alarm system, pool cover, pool cooling/heating and integrated multimedia makes living in this house as comfortable as it gets.
For example, setting the alarm will turn off the lights, music, air conditioning, etc.
Using remote access, the air conditioning can be turned on when you step into a plane on the way to your home away from home.
