Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Customers Description
Senseana Sea Side Resort & Aquadventure Hotel. Senseana is a hotel project in Analipsi Chersonisos Crete. It is a hotel that has 183 Rooms and Suites, several Restaurants, SPA and a Water Park. KNX was used in this installation for the control of the presence, the lights and the HVAC of the Hotel. We use virtual card holder logic for the presence in the rooms so as to minimize the power consumption in the rooms. We combine KNX with DALI and DMX so as to control with different automated scenes the indoor and outdoor lighting of the hotel. Also it is integrated with the Schneider BMS (EBO) so as to control the macinery rooms depending on the room occupancy and the HVAC demand of all the spaces.
