Home automation project for a business class apartments in the central part of the city.
Automation system includes individual and central light control based on the current sunlight brightness, time of the day room occupancy and schedules, zoned climate with automatic heating/cooling changeover and setpoint reset by outside temperature, scheduled shades control and sun protection functions.
Gira G1 panels and Gira HomeServer are used for user interface, remote control and complex logic functions.
