The Sirius building, once slated for demolition, now stands as a testament to adaptive urban renewal. Sold in 2019, the ambitious project, helmed by Jean-Dominique Huynh and BVN, aimed to refurbish the brutalist icon into a modern residential and commercial hub. Ultimately materializing into 47 carefully crafted living units, this revitalization endeavor not only preserves architectural heritage but also revitalizes community spaces, embodying the fusion of heritage preservation and contemporary urban development.
