Customers Description
The KNX system is installed in a large residential appartment in Sofia, Bulgaria. The scope of the installation and the features were carefully planned in advance so even the icons of the push-buttons could be pre-ordered according to the requested functions.
The system itself enables the complete control over every aspect of the home comfort using a combination of ABB actuators and Ekinex wall-mounted devices. It includes more than 120 DALI-enabled lights, fan coil, electric floor heating, air conditioning, ventilation, curtains, and 6-zones audio control. In addition there are smoke sensors and flood sensors which disable the water flow in case of alarm.
There is a variety of automations related to the lighting, ventilation, and heating control based on different scenarios - time of the day, presence, temperature, and humidity. In addition, there are scenes based on the occupancy (All off, Holiday mode, Back home) and the occasion (dinner, TV, party).
