Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Customers Description
This 20 story office building is the highest in Iceland. It has had KNX for controlling lighting, windows and heating since it was opened in 2008. During the last two years it has been renovated almost completely and updated to the needs of today's office buildings.
The goal has been to increase comfort for the tenants and make running the build easier for the owner. This has been done by increased monitoring of all systems and effective warning of faults in any of the systems in the building. Energy efficiency has also been a focus of this renovation with new LED lights and improved controlling of HVAC and lighting systems.
