Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Urban Life in Szene gesetzt - Smart-Home-Technologie im Geschosswohnungsbau!
Nachhaltigkeit, Zukunftsfähigkeit und Komfort stehen bei der Projektentwicklung der Bayerischen Hausbau im Fokus. Deshalb wurde im Projekt Wohnen am Nockherberg Nord ein ganzheitliches Smart Living Konzept gemeinsam mit cojacon, einem innovativen Ingenieurbüro für Smart Building Technologie, entwickelt und eingesetzt.
Konkret bedeutet dies die Konzeption von drei verschiedenen Ausstattungspaketen auf Basis von KNX für unterschiedliche Wünsche und Preisrahmen. Angefangen bei „Lifestyle“, bis hin zum hochwertigen Paket „Design“ ist für jeden Kunden etwas dabei. Die zukünftigen Wohnungseigentümer können dabei in allen Ausstattungen auf den etablierten Standard KNX vertrauen – dadurch bleiben alle persönlichen Daten lokal und geschützt.
