Customers Description
This project is a fully integrated KNX-based smart villa in Tabriz, Iran, designed to deliver high-end comfort, energy efficiency and reliable operation. The installation includes advanced lighting control using both DALI and DMX for dimming, scenes and colour control, combined with presence-based automation and time schedules. HVAC is implemented with individual room control and fan coil management, ensuring stable temperature control in each zone. A weather station is used for automated blind and shutter control, including wind/rain protection and sun-dependent shading. The system is operated through push buttons, touch panels and mobile devices, and also includes intercom integration for daily convenience. KNX was selected as the main platform due to its open standard, flexibility and seamless multi-protocol integration.
