Das Bausprojekt in Wolfsburg umfasst eine dreistöckige Stadtvilla, die mit modernster KNX-Technologie ausgestattet ist. Dank der KNX-App-Steuerung können Jalousien, Licht, Heizung und Türen bequem und effizient gesteuert werden, wobei die Produkte hauptsächlich von Busch Jäger und ABB stammen. Zusätzlich haben die Kunden zwei Tablets zur Verfügung, die für die Kameraüberwachung, die Klingel und das Einstellen von Szenen und Automatisierungen genutzt werden können. Diese intelligente Vernetzung bietet den Bewohnern ein Höchstmaß an Komfort und Flexibilität, während sie gleichzeitig ein zeitgemäßes und luxuriöses Wohngefühl genießen.
