Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
The Stavros Niarchos Foundation cultural centre is a world-class centre, housing the Greek National Opera House and the Greek National Library. The centre also includes vital new green space where cultural events and activities can be held. The design focuses on the reduction of energy and water demands using passive design solutions, where possible.
The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre is the first building in Greece that achieved a LEED® platinum certification and this was achieved thanks to KNX smart integrated controls
