Customers Description
Designed for an Everest summiteer, this 3,200㎡ private villa embodies a balance between human ambition and natural serenity. Inspired by the idea of “calm yet powerful presence,” the architecture unfolds as a flowing spatial composition, where light, landscape, and movement are seamlessly intertwined.
At the core of this living environment lies KNX, serving as the backbone of a fully integrated system. Lighting combines DALI and phase-cut dimming under a unified KNX logic, shaping subtle and responsive atmospheres. Beyond lighting, KNX integrates curtains, HVAC, fresh air, pool systems, garden lighting, irrigation, and access control into a single coordinated structure.
Much like a reliable system supporting every step toward the summit, KNX ensures stability, scalability, and long-term adaptability within this complex residence. Matter is introduced as a complementary layer, enabling interoperability while preserving KNX as the core infrastructure.
