Customers Description
The TBM Office Building is a new building situated in the centre of Buenos Aires's financial district. The tower contains all the corporate areas in one building becoming the headquarters of an important Bank. The TBM Tower was designed by the renowned architect César Pelli and it is one of the most distinctive buildings in the city. The building is 130m height and 52.000 m2 distributed over 34 stories. The project is comprised of 1.987 KNX components, over 6.800 DALI interior lights, 415 exterior lights, including parking lot. The systems includes Lighting Control: switching, dimming, lighting scenes, constant light control, parking and perimeter lighting, electronic switch actuators and shutter control. All systems under the supervisory system (SCADA), with remote monitoring and diagnostics into the KNX IP, providing interfaces to PC, mobile phone, tablet, touch and display panels throughout the facility.
