Un intera torre di trenta piani con circa 300 appartamenti di varie metrature tutte singolarmente integrate con impianti domotici supervisionati da touch pannel con web server integrato.Nel progetto che al termine prevede 300 appartamenti tra uffici e abitazioni è stato integrato Impianto illuminotecnico con controllo ON-OFF e DIMMERATO 1-10V, riscaldamento e raffrescamento a pavimento centralizzato, controllo della deumidificazione, controllo degli oscuranti. attraverso il web server presente nell'impianto è possibile a volonta e necessità integrare impianti si antintrusione di videosorveglianza ip e videocitofonia;
