Customers Description
Ein Einfamilienhaus in Oberösterreich wurde umfassend modernisiert und mit KNX sowie einem Controlmicro‑Touchpanel zu einem Smart Home ausgebaut. Das Projekt zeigt, wie das System vom Keller bis zum Dach für mehr Komfort, Sicherheit und Energieeffizienz sorgt. Über zwei Jahre hinweg wurde das Gebäude in mehreren Bauabschnitten erweitert und modernisiert, inklusive eines neuen Obergeschosses. Alle Bereiche wurden vollständig mit KNX ausgestattet.
Das KNX System übernimmt die Licht‑ und Beschattungssteuerung, die Lüftung sowie die Überwachung der Brandmeldeanlage und erhöht so Komfort und Sicherheitsgefühl der Bewohner. Zusätzlich wurde eine trivum‑Multiroom‑Audioanlage integriert. Über die trivum‑Bridge ist das Soundsystem direkt in die YOUVI‑Visualisierung eingebunden und lässt sich bequem über ein Widget steuern.
