Customers Description
KNX-based building automation for a 12-storey residential building in Tabriz. The system was designed, programmed and commissioned to provide a reliable and scalable solution with long-term maintainability. It integrates lighting, HVAC and blind/shutter control within one unified platform. Lighting functions include switching, scene control and time-based operation. HVAC is implemented per zone with centralized and timed operating modes, enabling individual room/zone control. Blind and shutter control is provided both individually and in groups, with preset positioning and central commands. Engineering and commissioning were carried out using ETS according to KNX standards to ensure interoperability and allow future expansion.
