Villa 18 es un proyecto residencial de domótica KNX desarrollado en La Caleta, Costa Adeje, Tenerife. La vivienda integra el control de iluminación DALI, escenas personalizadas, persianas, climatización, recirculación de agua caliente sanitaria, audio multiroom, accesos y control vía web en un único sistema. La instalación permite gestionar las funciones principales desde pantallas táctiles y dispositivos móviles, ofreciendo al usuario un control cómodo, intuitivo y accesible desde cualquier lugar. Gracias a las automatizaciones programadas, la residencia adapta la iluminación, el clima y las persianas a las necesidades de cada estancia, mejorando el confort diario y optimizando el consumo energético. El resultado es una vivienda inteligente, eficiente y preparada para una gestión flexible, segura y centralizada.
