Il progetto KNX per Villa Alessandrina riguarda la realizzazione di un sistema domotico completo per un’abitazione privata di alto livello. L’impianto integra in un’unica piattaforma la gestione di illuminazione interna ed esterna, tapparelle, oscuranti, sensori di presenza e temperatura, oltre alla termoregolazione multizona. Grazie alla tecnologia KNX è stato possibile creare automazioni intelligenti che migliorano comfort, sicurezza e funzionalità quotidiana della casa, come scenari luminosi personalizzati, gestione coordinata delle schermature solari e ottimizzazione dei consumi energetici. Il sistema, completamente scalabile e interoperabile, offre al cliente un controllo centralizzato sia locale che da remoto, garantendo un’esperienza abitativa moderna, efficiente e facilmente espandibile nel tempo.
