Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Vivienda unifamiliar equipada con gestión de alumbrado por regulación y presencia. Sistema de clima por VRV con recuperación de energía, capaz de proporcionar frío y calor simultáneamente en diferentes estancias y aprovechar, de manera eficiente, el calor residual de la refrigeración para la producción de calefacción y agua caliente sanitaria. Calefacción por suelo radiante con temperatura regulada por válvula proporcional. Uso de las condiciones climáticas exteriores para optimizar la climatización. Producción de ACS. Sistema de ventilación Zehnder de flujos cruzados. Control de acceso e intercomunicación. Sistema de CCTV. Sistema de audio SONOS.
Todo ello integrado en el sistema KNX mediante pasarelas y actuadores, y monitorizado y gestionado desde el web server MOSAIC donde el usuario final también podrá crear y modificar sus propias escenas y horarios para ajustarlos a sus hábitos proporcionando así confort y eficiencia energética.
