Deze prachtige Villa te Bree is ontworpen door Studio Segers Architecten en hebben we voorzien van de nodige elektriciteitswerken, verlichting, domotica, slimme aansturingen, bewaking, wifi en meer. De klant had als enige eis dat alles makkelijk te bedienen was en dat gebruiksgemak van de drukknoppen niet uit het oog mag verloren worden.
Met de hulp van Homekit en Home Assistant zorgden we voor een extra laag intelligentie en gebruiksgemak. Met de mooie Apple interface en de kracht van het Home Assistant systeem kan de klant ten alle tijd verbruik en specifieke functies van de woning met één druk op de knop opvragen.
