Customers Description
Villa interamente automatizzata con sistema domotico KNX. Il sistema domotico integra perfettamente il sistema di illuminazione DALI che permette una gestione efficiente dell'illuminazione interna. Altre funzioni come la videosorveglianza e il sistema di antintrusione sono anch'essi integrati nel sistema KNX avendo la possibilità di creare scenari dedicati. La videocitofonia è controllata tramite videocitofono DICO, che permette l'apertura di varchi tramite codice PIN, QR CODE o riconoscimento facciale. Tramite i 4 Touch Panel interni si possono gestire tutte le funzioni sopra indicate, oltre alla gestione di termoregolazione, gestita tramite condizionatori e radiatori, e dell'illuminazione.
