La villa sita su più livelli integra illuminazione, climatizzazione, riscaldamento, griesser frangisole, sala cinema, centro spa e gestisce i consumi in modo intelligente per l' ottimizzazione e il risparmio energetico.
L'impianto semplifica in oltre la gestione all' utente finale tramite scenari che alla pressione di un singolo tasto puossono predisporre la villa nello stato desiderato , esempio : scenario uscita , tutte le luci spente tutte le griesser abbassate , il riscaldamento riduce allo stato di stantdby e l allarme si accende in autonomia dopo 3 minuti .
