Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Besonderheiten: Multiroom Audio
- Musik und Beleuchtung folgen automatisch in die entsprechenden Räume /Aussenflächen (Präsenzmelder)
Eine außergewöhnliche Villa mit 2 weiteren Nebengebäuden (Poolhaus und Gästehaus) wurde von uns vollständig geplant und programmiert.
Wir haben uns darauf spezialisiert, ein hohes Maß an sinnvoller Automatisierung zu entwickeln, sodass im Normalbetrieb nur selten eine manuelle Bedienung über Taster, Visualisierung oder Handy erforderlich ist (z.B. Gute Nacht/Morgen Szene). Dazu wurden von uns Tür-/ Fensterkontakte und Präsenzmelder und eine Wetterstation eingesetzt. Dadurch werden automatische Aktionen in Abhängigkeit bestimmter Faktoren ausgeführt (Licht, Temperatur, Wetter und Präsenz). Die Gebäudesteuerung erfolgt also i.d.R. voll automatisch.
