Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
Durante questo progetto sono andato ad installare un impianto domotico all’interno di una splendida villa della Val di Nievole.
L’immobile è composto da due piani, dove al piano superiore sono collocati gli ambienti principali, che godono di una splendida vista e da un piano seminterrato a cui si accede scendendo una scala in acciaio poggiata su di una parete con pietre a vista.
La villa è dotata di un impianto audio esteso in ogni camera, fornito di casse sonore in grado di scomparire totalmente all’interno di pareti e soffitti.
Un aspetto molto importante di questa installazione è che il sistema di ricambio d'aria è dotato di un sensore di CO2 che ne controlla il funzionamento regolandone anche le velocità.
