Questa villa rappresenta la prima abitazione certificata Passive House nella provincia di Latina. Il cliente finale ha svolto un’approfondita ricerca per individuare le tecnologie più idonee, con particolare attenzione all’efficienza energetica. Un sistema di ombreggiamento è risultato fondamentale per la gestione del carico termico in modo sostenibile e con il minor consumo possibile.
L’impianto integra il controllo di climatizzazione, irrigazione e illuminazione, gestiti tramite il supervisore Thinknx, sia in locale che da remoto attraverso tablet, smartphone e computer. Il sistema è inoltre integrato con il videocitofono, garantendo comfort, efficienza e sicurezza in un’unica soluzione domotica.
