Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Villa Sorpresa is built on a 200 m2 beach-front property situated on the stunning Island of Capri, in one of its most exclusive areas, girdled by nature and with view over one of Italy's most staggering seas. This residence represents a perfect union between history, arts, the charming island of Capri on one side and functionality, comfort and beauty on the other side.
All functionality is simple, intuitive and easy to use even for guests. The target for this project is a full functional system with a little impact on the exterior.
