Die Villa liegt im schön gelegenen Aurachtal bei Herzogenaurach.
Die Anforderung des Kunden lag darin, das Haus so gut es geht zu automatisieren. Hierbei sollten wenn möglich, alle Systeme wie z.B. Alarmanlage, Beleuchtung, Heizung, PV-Anlage und Störmeldungen über ein übergeordnetes System gesteuert werden können.
Es wird erkannt, ob sich ein Bewohner oder Gast im Raum befindet und entsprechende Szenen über abgespielt.
Auf das Design sowie Energieeinsparung legte der Kunde besonderen Wert.
