Eine wunderschöne Lage in den Meraner Weinhängen.
Vorgabe war ein System das unsichtbar, und trotzdem leicht zu Bedienen ist. Zentrale Steuerung mittels Szenen und Zentralfunktionen, sowie Automatismen die die alltäglichen Bedienungen erledigen.
Gesamte Beleuchtung - Dali und geschaltet mittels Bewegungsmelder, Szenen & Zentralfunktionen, Jalousien & Sonnenschutz & Sicherheitssteuerung. Heizung & Kühlregelung mit Feuchteüberwachung und Anbindung der Wärmepumpen. Aufzeichnung und Lastmanagement über KNX. Kontrolle des gesamten Gebäudes. Einbindung der Alarmanlage. Einbindung der Sprechanlage.
