Customers Description
Is a residential project of 7 buildings starts from 2 floorslevels (block 1 up to 15 floorlevels(block 7)
with underground garage of 7000m² (fase 1 :2000m²/fase 2: 2500m²/fase 3: 2500m²)
Its in the center off the city and close to shops ,busses,trainstation
the average resident age is 70 years old
makes it a task to let the owner stay as long as he can in his appartement
our mission is connecting all the appartments with KNX so that the owners can have a great system that is easy to use
Also in these times its important to connect the system with other products such as heatingpumps , solarpanels for energy saving , fire alarm entrance control , music control "artsound" ,smart metering for energy saving
you name it ,you can do it.
There is even a pain clinic in the resort that is coupled on KNX for metering if the machine for Xrays is working then a light will turn on so everybody can see that you cannot come in.
All this is in this residential project placed.
