Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Smart system for luxury residential villa in Palm Jumeirah - Dubai. It is my second villa project in the Zabeel Saray villas hotel in the famous Palam Jumeirah beautiful area in Dubai - United Arab Emirates
The smart system aims to control villa systems and equipment and integrate intercom, surveillance, sound system
The system gives the villa resident easy to use and beautiful looking visualization interface so the system can be controller and monitored from smart devices and wall fixed tables
The user interface separated into different pages based on villa areas (floors, rooms, outdoor garden, garage).
Also, the user interface gives push notification to alert the villa residents about any important event. The alarm will be sent to mobiles as well
