Customers Description

The engineering calculations for the rooms were double the capacity of the grid’s availability. Mathematical models calculate the actual power required for room A/C. The electronic system controls the A/C power by continuously changing the A/C setpoint thus changing the inverter’s curve. A specially developed smart room occupation system guarantees minimal losses. Temperature is monitored at many points for maximum comfort. In sleep mode A/C air flow is automatically chosen. The smart touch switches chosen are all having embedded temperature measurement. Lights and A/C are entering energy efficiency mode even if all the guests are resting at the balcony. Rooms lighting is scenes based. Scenes can be dimmed. Tablets control all room functions. Service personnel are informed immediately on failure and staff always knows real room occupation status. Room access is KNX controlled. Hot water production is efficiently controlled and balanced between solar panels and heat pumps.
