Customers Description
5 independent floor building projects with common areas interface communication. Each project includes control of HVAC systems, lights (dimming and switching), devices, ventilation, shutters and curtains.
Weather conditions are always monitor by KNX and shutters, curtains, tents, thermostats adjusting their values to offer maximum energy efficiency while keeping users comfort at high levels.
Devices like oven, coffee machines, ironing and others will turn off automatically on users absence while thermostats will change mode from comfort to standby or economy, depending on time.
Users may monitor remotely their homes and change any parameters or preferences on real time.
Users may also create, on their own, time schedules and scenes as they wish and modify automation according to their needs.
