Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Es un edificio edificio emblemático de la calle Castellana de Madrid. El cliente deseaba ofrecer las mejores calidades a los inquilinos que alquilaran sus vivienda. Como complemento a unos materiales constructivos de alta calidad, el sistema de control debía ser robusto y ofrecer las mejores prestaciones.
En el proyecto se ha hecho especial hincapié en la mejora de la experiencia de usuario y en el aumento del confort y la seguridad de las viviendas. Para ello se ha contado con marcas de reconocido prestigio internacional.
Finalmente, se ha construido un BMS de gestión para las viviendas y la oficina que permite de un solo vistazo monitorizar el correcto funcionamiento del edificio. Se monitoriza también la sala de calderas que cuenta entre otras cosas con un sistema de geotermia de última generación.
