Customers Description
Utilised KNX to deliver a fully integrated smart control system within a guest apartment. The system incorporates lighting control, heating control, automated blind control, fire alarm monitoring, domestic hot water (DHW) tank temperature monitoring, and humidity monitoring, all managed through a single platform. This allows the apartment to operate efficiently while maintaining high levels of comfort and convenience for guests. The installation also provides secure remote access for the business owner, enabling them to monitor and manage the apartment both before and during a guest’s stay, ensuring the property is fully prepared and operating optimally. Through the remote application, the client can also view historical graphs and logged data relating to heating usage, energy consumption, and environmental conditions, providing valuable insight into system performance and enabling informed decisions for ongoing management and efficiency improvements.
