Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Construction of a building with 42 popular apartments in a town near Barcelona, the objective of the project is to provide the most technologically advanced and sustainable building that can be offered to normal people. In fact we project was designed to achieve the LEED platinum certificate. The promoter has proposed to build a building that can be used as example: we have had to adhere to very low costs, it has to be taken into account the real state crisis in Spain, without sacrificing the highest standards of environment, technology and comfort
