Beijing Daxing International Airport designed by the late architect Zaha Hadid and her Chinese partners.The terminal building is the largest single-structure airport terminal in the world, with an area of more than 1,000,000 ㎡，it took only five years to build, at a cost of 120 billion yuan。It was completed on June 30, 2019. The opening ceremony for the airport was held on September 25, 2019,with the airport opened to the public on September 26, 2019.
