Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description

Dieses Bestandsprojekt aus dem Jahr 2005 wurde mit KNX zu einer vollständig integrierten Gebäudeautomation weiterentwickelt, die Komfort, Sicherheit und Energieeffizienz in einem zentralen System verknüpft. Auf rund 200–300 m² wurden etwa 70 KNX-Geräte von namhaften Herstellern wie Gira, Hager, ABB, MDT, Elsner und Schneider Electric/Merten über Twisted Pair, IP und RF vernetzt. Das System steuert Licht, HLK, Jalousien, Energieverbrauch, PV, Batteriespeicher, Wallbox und Haushaltsgeräte intelligent und synchronisiert. Home Assistant, dynamische Stromtarife, Solarprognose sowie Verbrauchsvisualisierung ermöglichen ein vorausschauendes Energiemanagement und erhöhte Energieeffizienz. Zusätzlich sorgen automatische Anwesenheitserkennung, Zentralfunktionen, Visualisierung, Fernzugriff und Notifications für hohen Komfort, Transparenz und Sicherheit. Damit wird das Gebäude zum intelligenten, zukunftssicheren Gesamtsystem.
