Customers Description
This project integrated existing BSCE office pm2.5 monitoring system, meeting room automation system, VRV air conditioning system, chiller station and boiler control system to one BMS system.
In this system, the air quality of each floor is monitored by KNX device,
In the meeting room, the FCU and lighting, fresh air and air quality is monitored and controlled by KNX devices.
And also, the AHUs and FAUs are controlled by KNX controller.
the VRV system is integrated to KNX system via a KNX gateway.
twist wire and IP network is used for KNX. KNX S mode, KNX LTE mode and also PL_LINK, KNX P2P are used for integration.
Benefit from KNX communication, we can share the outside T&H value measured by one AHU to other AHUs and the chiller station.
we shared the air quality monitored by existing system to AHU controller for energy saving control.
After this project, we got an 16% energy saving compared to last year.
