Customers Description
The Capital Residence is a luxury residential complex of 3 towers (38 floors each) for a total of 350 units. It has a strategic location in the business district (SCBD) central of Jakarta, just across the street from the mall Pacific Place.
Completed in 2007 - The Capital is designed with fabulous lighting ambiance and closed-system lighting control. Over ten thousands of conventional lighting were controlled, dimmed, set by timer according to pre-programmed scenes.
In 2017-18 - The Capital decided to replace all conventional lighting into LED and requires new simple, cost-effective open system lighting control and energy measurement. Hence, Our team survey and design robust but simple KNX technology to replace the old one.
