Customers Description
Le projet "COFICAB Intelligent Office Building Automation" consiste en la modernisation du système d'automatisation d'un bâtiment administratif de COFICAB à l'aide de la technologie KNX. L'installation intègre une gestion intelligente de l'éclairage DALI/KNX basée sur la détection de présence et la régulation automatique du niveau d'éclairement en fonction de la lumière naturelle mesurée par les détecteurs KNX. Cette stratégie de "Constant Light Control" garantit un confort visuel optimal tout en réduisant significativement la consommation énergétique. Le système assure également le pilotage de la climatisation Samsung VRF via des passerelles KNX dédiées, permettant une gestion centralisée, une régulation efficace et une adaptation automatique selon l'occupation des locaux. L'ensemble repose sur une architecture ABB i-bus® KNX, offrant une solution ouverte, évolutive, fiable et facilitant les opérations de maintenance.
