Voor de bewoners van dit mooie landhuis hebben wij een totale KNX domotica installatie geprogrammeerd. Het landhuis is voorzien van: Verlichting, Instelbare verwarming per ruimte, Alarm, Camera's, Een intercom en volledig instelbare audio. Het landhuis kan volledig worden bediend door middel van geïnstalleerde Gira schakelaars, Je telefoon of tablet of door een touchpaneel in het gebouw. Door de geprogrammeerde lichtscene's is het erg eenvoudig om bijvoorbeeld elke kamer een aparte sfeer te geven door met 1 knop de kamer volledig te dimmen.
