Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Customers Description
This building was designed to be a high efficiency facility, was made with reciclabe parts coming from our old warehouse, the interior design is using high end LED Lights with dimmable control inside, 30% of the total energy is provided by solar panels throw On Grid System, the HVAC is controled by a central unit that exchange data by IP, we have integrated presence sensors, all the loads are monitored by PQM units installed on each electrical box, to reduce the tempeture and avoid to push the energy used into climate unit have introduced plants into interior desing.
