Kurzbeschreibung zum Objekt: Sämtliche Gebäudefunktionen Licht,Jalousien,Heizung sowie Überwachungskameras, Sonos Deckeneinbaulautsprecher, Viedeo Sprechanlage,sind über die im Haus verbauten 10 Zoll Panels sowie über die App über Ipads /IPhones steruerbar. Raumfunktionen per Sprachbefehl ausführbar. 24/7H Überwachung. RGBW Beleuchtung als Voute im Wohnzimmer bringt Gemütlichkeit. LED Einbaustrahler dimmbar. Präsensmelder und Bewegunsgmelder für Lichtfunktionen und Alarmansagen über die Deckeneinbaulautsprecher. Zudem wurde die komplette Heizung, Klimasteuerung über KNX realisiert.
