Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
The Project “Entre Babia y la Luna” was born from the rehabilitation of several rural houses in the area of Babia located in the province of León (Spain). It had an initial integration phase, but in the second phase of installation and control reform, in addition to adding 2 more houses that complete the rural tourist complex, a more refined control was left.
Due to the high mountain area where it is located, heating needs are almost year-round. The installation of KNX elements has allowed a more efficient and automatic control, noting in energy consumption. Also the support of the solar use in the heating, allows an important saving in energy.
The management of the installation is done almost automatically, having a manual control whenever desired locally or remotely. Customers can monitor all the measurable variables of the installation to be able to exploit it more efficiently.
